Woolstone Livery is run by Caroline Evans who is fully qualified as a BHS AI, Stage IV stable manager. She is also a qualified lecturer and has a degree in Professional Studies in Education. She has taught horse management, amongst other things, at Abingdon and Witney College and also runs NVQ programmes at the yard.
Livery is offered at Full or Part, and includes all feed, hay and bedding. Turning out and getting in, washing off of feet and picking out. Rug changing, etc. So your horse will be looked after as you would wish. Full livery includes all exercise, part livery doesn't include any but if you want to arrange for us to ride or lunge your horse occasionally we can arrange very flexible terms.
NVQ's in horse management are also available, run by Caroline Evans, BA in Education, Certificate in Education, D32/33 for Abingdon and Witney College. Woolstone Stud and Livery is set directly below the historic Stone age Uffington White Horse. The yard offers an indoor school, all year turn out with post and rail fencing. Large airy loose boxes. 5 minutes roadwork and you are free to ride around miles of off road hacking and explore the Ridgeway and all the byways of the Berkshire Downs. |
